If a hole was drilled in Linz, Austria with an angle of 7.5 degrees, right down the globe it would reach Wellington.
In Linz viewers peer down a vertical canal-tube which has a camera inside. These images of curious Europeans are relayed to Wellington.
A webcam emerging up through the ground will be installed in Abel Smith Street. Images of curious Wellingtonians will be relayed back to Linz.
